Prepares future product leaders, managers, and founders to navigate and lead in the era of generative AI. Through seminar discussions, hands-on labs, and lectures, students will gain a working understanding of core technologies?LLMs, image generation, prompt engineering, and agents?as well as emerging use cases and industry trends. The focus is on the business, economic, and strategic implications of generative AI, enabling students to evaluate opportunities, guide technical teams, and shape AI-driven products from concept to market within startups or established enterprises.
